Son of Sardaar is a family-action comedy set in Punjab, revolving around the longstanding feud between two families, the Randhawas and the Brar clan. Sardar Jaswant Singh Randhawa (Ajay Devgn) is a brave and good-hearted young man who returns to his village, only to discover that his family has been embroiled in a bitter rivalry with Sardar Bhupinder Singh Brar (Sanjay Dutt) and his relatives for generations.
